A Posture A Day Keeps Tension Away

Set the right tone for the day with yoga postures. If you don't have time to run through a whole series, pick a single one. You'll see what a difference it makes. You'll shed early morning physical discomfort that you weren't even aware that you had. You'll deepen and free your breathing. Switch yourself on in a gentle and deep way. And if you find that you do have time for that second posture, spoil yourself!

Everything is Incident

According to yogic philosophy, nothing happens by coincidence. There is no such thing as accident. Everything is incident. We are here for a purpose - we are here for a reason. We all have something beautiful to share, to contribute to society. Something to give. Something unique, something really special. We can find a deep sense of purpose if we're open to it.

Let us all find what it is that we have to give to the world and recognise the beauty of it. Rather than trying to be what we're not - to be someone else, to act out someone else's story - let us use the spiritual practices of yoga, meditation and chanting to tap into the divinity within so that we can find true authenticity.
